Introduced at Ipex 2006, and now with installations all over the world, our Web 2 Series is an efficient yet affordable machine with a space saving small footprint that has proven itself to be a dependable and reliable machine for producing a variety of labels.

 

K2′s Web 2 Series comes supplied with 1 or 3 die cutting stations with removable anvil rolls for top and bottom die cutting plus many more options are available such as laminating, fan folding, slitting and sheeting. It is available as a simple single colour machine for producing tinted or bar code labels, going up to six colours water based and / or UV flexo for printing onto a variety of substrates such as:

 

Self adhesive roll label stock for supermarket labels

Plain unsupported paper for wine & beer labels

Aluminium foil for pharmaceutical blister packs

Other options include an automatic web tension control that ensures consistent registration from start to end of roll, a precision electronic web guide with pneumatic splice clamps, airshafts at the unwind and rewind, allowing for faster, safer roll changes, a programmable logic controller (PLC) touch screen panel with all press functions to simplify and speed up press operation, and forward and reversible rewinders so that the labels / finished product can be wound inside or outside.
