K2′s Web 3 Series comes supplied with up to 5 die cutting stations with removable anvil rolls for top and bottom die cutting, all with side adjustment, plus many more options are available such as back printing, rotary cold & hot foil, laminating, fan folding, slitting and sheeting. It is available as a simple single colour machine for producing tinted or bar code labels, going up to twelve colours water based and / or UV flexo for printing onto a variety of substrates such as:

Standard features include an automatic web tension control that ensures consistent registration from start to end of roll, a precision electronic web guide with pneumatic splice clamps, airshafts at the unwind and rewind, allowing for faster, safer roll changes, a programmable logic controller (PLC) touch screen panel with all press functions to simplify and speed up press operation, and forward and reversible rewinders so that the labels / finished product can be wound inside or outside.
