Introduced more than 20 years ago with installations all over the world, K2 International’s precison blank label maker has proven itself to be a fast, reliable and cost effective machine for producing blank labels.

 

K2′s popular blank label maker is available in a variety of web widths from 265, 340, 410,510 up to 650mm (10″, 13″, 16″, 20″ & 25”) and has been designed to take a 2,000m roll length – 700mm (27.5”) diameter – of self-adhesive label stock and convert it into blank labels. It is supplied with 1, 2 or 3 die cutting stations, each with removable anvil rolls for top and bottom die cutting.

 

It also comes with a varity of options such as forward and reversible rewinders so that labels can be wound inside or outside. Our sheeting unit option makes them an ideal solution for producing thermal labels, A4 Laser sheets and blank price weigh labels. Or choose between interchangeable airshafts ranging from 25mm (1”) to 150mm (6”) so that the finished rolls can be supplied to suit the customers precise core requirements.
